Fall Tryout schedule
The Rising Ramblers program is affiliated with Loyola Academy and reflects the school’s commitment to developing young student-athletes in alignment with its values.
Our travel program is open to 3rd–5th grade girls who live in the surrounding communities and have a genuine interest in Loyola Academy as a potential high school destination. While participation in Rising Ramblers does not guarantee admission to Loyola, families should consider Loyola a school they may explore in the future.
Our goal is to provide a high-quality basketball experience for young players who align with the mission and culture of Loyola Academy.
There is no tryout fee, but participants should complete the form at the bottom of this page. There are 2 sessions of tryouts. Players must attend at least 1 tryout to be considered for the team. They do not have to tryout 1x in each session - only 1x total.

*Please contact me if your daughter is interested, but cannot attend the scheduled tryout. Exact dates will be sent immediately after tryouts. Estimated Cost = $1,250.
Travel Season Includes
- 2 Practices per week. Possible Locations are: Holy Cross, Sachs Center, Berto Center, Takiff Center & Loyola High School.
- Season begins with OPTIONAL practices the last week of September.
- Teams will compete in a league + additional One Day Shootouts. Shooutouts are typically 2-3 games within a 4-hour window. We will do our best to schedule as local as possible, but travel with the furthest locations being within an hour drive. Exact shootout dates will be determined by 10/1.
- Friday Skills Sessions.
- Sunday Open Gym/Exhibition games @ Loyola High School - TBD
